Evolved Floors Referral Programme: Terms and Conditions

1. How it works

Refer a friend, family member, neighbour or colleague to Evolved Floors. When their 20% deposit invoice is paid, you both get a reward.

2. Personal referrals (past customers, friends and family)

Rewards are based on the total floor area (m²) on the referred customer’s invoice:

Job size	Referred customer gets	You get
40 m² to 79 m²	$150 off their invoice	$100 Mastercard gift card
80 m² to 119 m²	$250 off their invoice	$250 Mastercard gift card
120 m² and over	$400 off their invoice	$400 Mastercard gift card

• The minimum job size is 40 m². Smaller jobs do not qualify.
• The discount is applied to the referred customer’s invoice. The gift card is sent to the referrer within 5 business days of the referred customer’s 20% deposit invoice being paid.

3. Trade Partners (designers, architects, builders, trades and real estate agents)

• Trade Partners earn 1% of the net job value (ex GST) of each referred job. There is no cap.
• Payment is made within 5 business days of the referred client’s invoice being paid. A quarterly statement is provided.
• Real estate agents in New South Wales receive a $50 gift card per referred job in place of the 1% payment.
• Real estate agents are responsible for any disclosure to their clients required under the laws of their state.

4. General conditions

1. The referred customer must be new to Evolved Floors and not already in our system or quote pipeline at the time of referral.
2. The referrer must be named, or their referral link or code used, when the customer first enquires or requests a quote. Referrers cannot be added after a job is booked.
3. Personal referral rewards are paid only once the referred customer’s 20% deposit invoice is paid, not on estimate or quote acceptance.
4. One reward per referred job. Where more than one person claims the same referral, the first person named at enquiry receives it.
5. You cannot refer yourself, your own household or your own business.
6. The discount has no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless Evolved Floors agrees in writing.
7. If the deposit is refunded before a reward is paid, no reward is payable.
8. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms. Rewards may have tax consequences for the recipient. Evolved Floors does not give tax advice.
9. Evolved Floors may change or end the programme at any time. Jobs referred before a change will be honoured under the terms in force when they were referred.
10. Evolved Floors’ decision on eligibility is final, to the extent permitted by law.
